If you work with (vulnerable) people you must be able to effectively stabilize emotionally

In this talk I am emphasizing that effective emotional stabilization skills are a necessary precondition for responsibly working with humans in emotional distress. This includes psychotherapists but is absolutely not limited to this group of professionals. It applies to everybody working with children, adolescents or adults - especially if they are in a vulnerable situation.

The word "stabilization" is used abundantly - but how good are you really? What are your results - and can you show them?
